Connect with MAPP Users

This section of the Web site is designed to create a Peer Assistance Network among MAPP users. The network is designed to allow individuals in the field to contact one another to share experiences, ideas, innovations, and lessons learned. We hope that this network will be useful in establishing connections among MAPP users in the field.

	The map of MAPP users shows the percentage of LHDs in each state using the NPHPS local instrument. Click on a state to find a list of the LHDs in that state working with their local public health system to conduct MAPP.

	This section of the Web site is designed to create a network among MAPP users – so that those in the field can contact each other to share experiences, ideas, innovations, and lessons learned.

»	MAPP Listserv
	The MAPP list service provides information about upcoming events as well as announcements about new MAPP resources. The MAPP list service is the MAPP users' forum for discussion about MAPP. MAPP communities are encouraged to use the list service to connect with other users. To subscribe to the NACCHO MAPP list service, please send a blank E-mail message to mapp-sub@lists.naccho.org. You will receive a message notifying you that you have joined.
